LIMITED WARRANTY - MURPHY’S OUTDOORS MOSQUITO DODGER 

Thank you for purchasing Murphy’s Outdoors Mosquito Dodger. We are confident that our product will provide you with reliable performance. To ensure the longevity and optimal functionality of your device, we offer a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty with the option to extend for an additional two years (3 years in total) by registering the product within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Subject to the applicable exclusions specified below, this warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product under normal use for a period of one year from the original date of purchase (as established by your proof of purchase), or 3 years from the original date of purchase (as established by your proof of purchase) if the product is registered within 30 days of purchase. If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Murphy’s Naturals will, at its discretion, repair or replace the device with a new unit of equivalent functionality.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION TO EXTEND WARRANTY.

To receive the 2-year warranty extension, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase. Registration can be completed online here. You agree to provide accurate and complete information as part of your registration. Failure to register your product within 30-days of purchase or failing to provide complete and accurate information as part of the registration will make the product ineligible for the 2-year warranty extension and the product will only be covered by the standard 1-year limited warranty.

WHAT IS COVERED:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • The failure of the device to perform according to the product specifications when used in accordance with the provided user manual.

  • Replacement of the same or greater value product at no cost to you.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

  • Damage to the product caused by misuse, including but not limited to, exposure to water, abuse, or neglect.

  • Repellent performance.

  • Damage caused by exposure to elements outdoors such as direct sun, rain, hail, frost, etc. 

  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills, etc.).

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, cracks, etc.) that does not affect the functionality of the product.

  • Damage caused by the use of non-approved oils. 

  • Normal wear and tear. 

  • Issues, including battery degradation and non-performance. 

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To initiate a warranty claim, first register your device here. 

Once registration is complete, fill out the warranty application here, and our Customer Service team will review and respond to the application within 5 business days.

You may be required to provide information such as, but not limited to, product serial number found on the bottom of your device, description of issue, photo or video of device issue, proof of purchase, place of purchase, date of purchase, serial number, etc. You agree to promptly provide this information and acknowledge that a delay in providing the requested information may delay Murphy’s Naturals’ response.

If it is determined that the issue is covered under this warranty, instructions will be provided for returning the product for replacement. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The warranty provided for this product is limited to replacement of the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murphy’s Naturals shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your location.
